Website Design FAQ

  • Who owns the website once it goes live?

The client! Once the design is complete, and payment is received, ownership of the website will be transferred to the client.

  • What is the timeline to create a website?

The timeline varies. I aim to complete all websites in a timely matter, but depending on the details required, it may take 1-3 weeks before your website is ready for its final reviews.

  • What is the intake form process?

There are two intake forms — the initial form and the detailed form. All clients will submit an initial form with basic information. I will then use this information (in addition to the consultation - if you selected a premium design) to create the detailed and customized ‘detailed form’. In the detailed form, you will insert all text and images you wish to include in your website, and I will use this information to build your website.

  • When is the deposit and final payment due?

Your deposit is due once all intake forms have been submitted. The remaining fee is due once the website is live and prior to website ownership transfer.

  • How do I find stock images?

I do not provide stock images for your website, while I am able to source some images for premium clients, my supply is limited. Therefore, I recommend purchasing images on sites such as Getty Images or using mainly personal photos you own.

  • Are the packages flexible?

Short answer — yes. If you desire services not included in my packages or add-ons, please reach out. I will do my best to accommodate all requests, within reason, to ensure that your website fits your vision.
